Action Shoot Photos

Commodity City Warm Up

1. I think Seymour's statement is entirely true. Humans define themselves by the objects they own.
Yes, I definitely want to visit Commodity City now that I've seen these pictures. It seems like a wonderful, surreal place.
To be the child of someone who worked at Commodity City, I think it would be a wonderland. Always being able to explore new things: clothes, toys, novelties, everything I could imagine.
My favorite photo is the one of the booth filled with inflatable balls. It's ironic because the man is laying there, seemingly bored while he's surrounded by these intense splashes of color.

Front Pages of the World (Intro to Newspaper Design)

1. I like the Courrier Picard from Amiens, France the most. It is very clean-cut and organized, yet it still contains some pretty interesting photos.
2. My favorite headline is "La Future Piscine Se Decouvre". It means "The Future Swimming Pool is Discovered". I like swimming so this article sticks out to me.
3. There are five stories on the front of this magazine.
4. All newspaper front covers contain a minimum of three stories and usually around 5 pictures.
5. Some newspapers use very dynamic colors and big letters, while others are more professional. The amount of text and pictures on the front cover varies from magazine to magazine.
